Why did my Support Expire?
PageDown Technology currently includes one year of free Technical Support and free updates . This Support is only included when you purchase PDshop at the full/original Price.  Specially priced “Upgrades” and Additional licenses (which are offered at significantly reduced prices), do not extend support beyond the original support period.   The support coverage period is determined by the purchase date of your original qualifying purchase.
  
What about Upgrades?
Specially priced “upgrade” offers do not include or extend your original support.  For example, If you originally purchased PDshop in January 2000, but then upgraded to a newer version by purchasing a “Upgrade” version later that year in July, your support would still expire in January 2001 (not July 2001).    

What about Additional Licenses?
Additional licenses do not include or extend your original support.  For example, If you originally purchased PDshop in January 2000, and subsequently bought an additional license for another site later that year in July, your support would still expire in January 2001 (not July 2001).  Additional licenses are significantly reduced in price, and do not include the download (you use your existing download), and do not include additional support coverage.

What if my Support Expired?
Once your original support expires, you can renew support by taking advantage of any special “Renew Support” options that are periodically offered.  Or, alternatively you can purchase  one of the “Downloads” at full price (“Upgrades” and “Additional Licenses” do not include Support).
