How to resolve the "Server Error" in '/' Application message when it mentions web.config and custom error settings.
Sample Error
You may see an error message like this, "Server Error in '/' Application Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server"
The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Solution or Workaround
This message usually indicates that you may have an issue with where you have uploaded the PDshop "web.config" file or bin folder. In many cases, the server is loading the server's default web.config file because it could not find the one for PDshop.
You should check to see that you have placed that file and folder in the web root (you may need to ask your host where that is, or how to set the application root if you want to change the location).
