How to resolve the "Data source name not found" and no default driver specified message
Sample Error
You may get an error like this "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'"

Or "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified"
Solution or Workaround
If you are using a classic ASP edition of PDshop, this error can indicate a problem with the connection string in your "setup.asp" file, or it can be that you need to "Enable 32 Bit Applications".  By default, IIS no longer supports 32 bit drivers like Access.  You can however enable it in the under application pool's advanced settings.

If you are using one of our .Net shopping carts, than you are likely using a 64 bit server that does not have 32 bit support enabled.  You will need to "Enable 32 Bit Applications" under the application pool's advanced settings.

If you are using a classic ASP edition, we strongly recommend upgrading to one of our Asp.Net editions, and running it with the Microsoft SQL database (MSSQL) instead of Access.
