If you are using PDshop and need Technical Support, but you did not purchase it directly from us, you would typically need to contact the 3rd Party.  If a web developer, web design company, or individual purchases PDshop on your behalf, they are considered a reseller.  Only the reseller would have access to the support services they purchased.  

If the reseller is no longer in business, under certain circumstances you can purchase support directly from us. Contact Us with your domain name so that we can provide a quote for purchasing an appropriate support plan.
