PayPal - Customer is not prompted for Shipping Address
PayPal does not have separate parameters for sending a shipping address, they only allow 1 address to be passed from a 3rd party shopping cart. This is a limitation of PayPal's system. However, PayPal does have a "no_shipping" parameter which determines whether or not a shipping address is required or not. This parameter will determine whether the shopper is prompted (while on the PayPal website) for the shipping address or not; when prompted, the shipping address form will be pre-populated with the billing address passed to PayPal by PDshop's shopping cart.
The download of PDshop has this shipping option disabled by default, this is done because a vast majority of our users do not want the customer to be prompted (again) for this information. But by changing the parameter from a 1 to a 0, you can force your shoppers to provide PayPal with the shipping address.
You can change this parameter on your own by editing the "gateway_out" script located in your shop directory. See the PayPal HTML form located in this script.
PLEASE NOTE: our support does not cover making changes to this script or any of the programming.
