Solution or Workaround
PDshop's payment gateways "Test Mode" must be turned off if you do not have a PayPal Sandbox account.  By design, when you enable this mode PDshop will not send transactions thru PayPal, it will send them to PayPal's "Sandbox", which is a testing environment that simulates the real PayPal system.  Please contact PayPal for assistance with setting up and using their Sandbox system.
