msxml .dll error '800c0005'

The system cannot locate the resource specified.

This error means that you have a server problem related to the MSXML component (part of the web server's operating system)

To resolve this problem, you would need to contact your web host or server administrator, as the MSXML component is not working and is preventing PDshop from connecting to your payment processor or shipping service.  

You can try using a different MSXML component (below).

Standard/Plus Edition users:
You can change the component by changing the "xmlhttpobj" variable in your setup.asp file.

Advanced Edition Users:
You will find a 'Server Objects' setup page in PDAdmin, simply login to your PDAdmin and change the MSXML component that you selected and save.

*** If you continue to have difficult after changing/tyring other components, you will need to contact your web host/server admin directly.  Unfortunately, server problems like this are beyond the scope of our support, you would need to contact your web host or server admin.
