PDshop.Net Logo section, Area, Menus, Tabs, or Category Lists disappear randomly or recent changes do not display.
This can occur if there is a problem with your web server's ASP.NET cache (memory).
PDshop temporarily stores commonly displayed data in the server's memory (it uses ASP.NET's new caching feature, which makes pages load faster). Content such as the Top/Logo section, Area1 and Area2, as well as the Menu/Tabs, Category Lists, and Drop Down menu, are temporarily stored in this cache by PDshop.
If your web server's cache is cleared prematurely, often an indication of a server problem or resource shortage due to "shared" hosting, this content may not display, or may randomly disappear.
Recommended Workaround:
Disable PDshop's Caching feature, or try clearing the Server's cache (see "Caching" or "Clear Cache" in PDAdmin).
To disable PDshop's data caching, login to your PDAdmin and click on "Caching". Next, uncheck the "Enable Server Caching" option and save your changes. ***If you do not see this option, download and install the latest revision of PDshop which includes newer caching options.
