Solution or Workaround
This error indicates that PDshop was not able to connect with the SMTP server you provided. Often, this is the result of using the wrong SMTP server, or a problem with the SMTP server's configuration.
When sending email from your web site, the settings you use may differ from what you use when sending email from your PC. You should contact your web host for assistance on this.
NOTE: If you are using Godaddy hosting, you may need to use their special "Relay" SMTP server which is: relay-hosting.secureserver.net
