How to fix the infamous Asp.Net "404" message "The resource cannot be found"

You may receive a message like "The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable".
Solution or Workaround
This is ASP.Net's version of the infamous "Page Not Found".
If you receive this error message when clicking buttons or links in PDshop, you likely have the wrong URL/SSL URL in the PDshop Admin URL/Web Address setup. Or, your have not installed the PDshop files to the proper location, contact your web host or server administrator for assistance with file placement issues.
