Some non-ascii (foreign) characters do not appear or are shown as a box.
When modifying PDshop's HTML template files you must comply with today's HTML standards (HTML 4.0 and ISO 8859-1).
The template files should only contain valid HTML, and since the standards require that you HTML encode non-ASCII characters or symbols, instead of typing/pasting the characters in plain text into the template, you must use the HTML code.
For example, instead of typing a character like "Ä" in the template, you would use the HTML code (the "Entity" Name or Number) for this character.
