An error occurred processing your
request

If you receive the error when you click on "download", this could mean that you do not have an "export" folder in your web.   When you export data, PDAdmin will save a downloadable file in your export folder.  When you click on "download" under the Advanced menu, PDAdmin will attempt to retrieve the files in this folder (if the folder does not exist, you will not be able to export or download exported files).  To use these functions, create a folder called "export" and make sure it has "write" permissions.

If your website is hosted, you may need to contact your web hosting provider to set the permissions for this folder.
